Sexual Assault Training
April is sexual assault awareness and education month. As you know sexual assaults plagues every race, class and both genders all over the globe. What can you do about it? If you are interested in becoming a advocate for sexual assault victims and want to go through the SAVS (Sexual Assault Victim’s Services) training at the State Attorney‘s Office, please contact us. We will send you the sign up form.
Take Back the Night
Take a stand at UCF against sexual assault. Includes speakers, music, candle light vigil, entertainment, booths, food, art, violence/victim/prevention resources.

Join us at the Melbourne County public hearing regarding naming a street after Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We will be sign waving and protesting the blatant racism that has helped convince our Commissioners’ past decision’s to deny naming a street after Martin Luther King, Jr.
When Tuesday, April 25th . Sign waving starts at 5:45, and the meeting starts at 6:30

Mission Unaccomplished Demonstration and Vigil
Join Brevard NOW and friends at the peace corner for the anniversary of Bush’s “Mission NOT Accomplished” Statement. Bush will be making a personal appearance (costumed person) with the flight suit gear on. Appearances also from Condi and Cheney.

Denounce Torture & Rape Demonstration and Petiton Signing
Join Brevard NOW and friends as we demonstrate in from of Fee Ave Library in Melbourne. We will have people in hooded and in torture garb as well as Bush, Cheney, & Condi (costumed people) there. Petitions will be available to sign. A torture and rape display board will be on display as well as a Democracy NOW tape featuring torture information playing in the background.
